Scenes from Duval Street
Fantasy Fest 2004
Despite the fact that
nudity is not allowed on public property or in public view and that the Key West city code specifies that body paint
does not constitute clothing, the scene on DuvaI Street during Fantasy Fest encompasses
quite a display of flesh of various shapes and ages. Festival etiquette
suggests one ask
permission before snapping photos of other partygoers and treat other people's
costumes (no matter how skimpy!) as works of art. For those who are not
offended by this type of aesthetic display, here are some photos of epidermal artwork as well as a sampling of the costumes
(or lack thereof) on Duval Street during Fantasy Fest 2004.
